AI data use
Last updated: 17 October 2026. HAM sends to AI providers only what a request needs. Passwords and API credentials are never included.
What each feature sends
Courses, lessons and practice: the topic, your learning preferences, the relevant lesson content and your answers. Tutor and Assistant: your message, a bounded number of earlier messages and a summary of your learning (courses, progress, plan). Solve a question: the reduced photo without its metadata and your optional note. Podcasts: the script and voice settings. Research: your question. Covers: the course title and topic.
Providers
OpenAI or another configured provider: text, question solving, covers and the standard voice. ElevenLabs: premium podcast voices. Fish Audio: enhanced podcast voices. Perplexity: research reports, which search the web. These providers may process data outside Türkiye. Under their API terms, data sent by HAM is not used to train their models by default; providers may keep it for a limited time for abuse monitoring, so zero retention is not promised. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information, such as health details or identity numbers.
Generated content
Text, images and voices are generated by AI and labelled as such; podcast voices are not human recordings. Guitar microphone audio is processed on your device and never sent to AI. The HAM Tokens screen shows usage; it is not an invoice.
